The front tire doesn't swivel, but I knew that before I bought it. My single jogger also does not swivel, so I'm used to the movement anyway. Turns are something you get used to, but it doesn't slow me down. The stroller itself does not feel heavy either & the movement is smooth. The reclining on the seats is very easy to adjust, and I love that aspect. If my 1 year old falls asleep on the walk, I can quickly recline his seat. The handle is comfortable, it has 2 drink holders which is great for sippy cups, and it has the general holder (covered) for holding keys & a cell phone. The mesh basket underneath is great too.
